We have recently changed our set ups from heat mats & MatStat to ceramic heat emitters with dimming thermostats. We recommend using a heat bulb during day hours and changing to ceramic heat emitters at night. If you would prefer, you may also purchase an additional bracket and guard for the ceramic bulb.
